Someone’s Trash, Someone’s Treasure: A Story of a Paper Star and a Golden Heart!

Image
Before I begin, let me ask you this: How often do we pause and see the soul behind a simple object? How often do we value not the cost of a gift, but the heart that wrapped it? I n a world where materialism is louder than meaning, it's easy to miss the quiet magic hidden in tiny gestures. But sometimes, those little things carry the biggest stories, and leave behind the deepest wounds. Have you ever looked at something tossed away, maybe a wrinkled letter, a fading photograph, or a torn handmade gift, and wondered, “How did it end up here?” We often throw things away, thinking they’ve lost their value. But the truth is, value doesn’t always lie in price tags or packaging. Sometimes, it’s hidden in time, effort, emotion, and the quiet love stitched into the smallest of gestures. This is not just a story about a star made of paper. This is about a girl named Janaa,  a sweet, selfless soul who had nothing for herself, yet everything to give. There was a girl named Janaa,...

Depth of Beauty

Image
Some believe people are either black or white. However, all I see here is a lovely person. Some think people are too thin or too overweight,  but all I see here is a flawless physique. Some claim, your teeth, lips, and jaws are misaligned,  yet all I see here is a lovely grin. Some people think I'm deaf because I don't see all of these things,  but I tell them that Beauty is in the eye of the Beholder.   -Swathi M

Money Matters, But...?

Image
”Life is not all about money” Money is a bundle of notes and coins that have been approved as a monetary system by a country's government. Behind this seemingly simple concept lurks a maze of convoluted algorithms that keep this system together, as well as a total transformation in human philosophy and social machinery. Let us first examine the origins and distribution of money before delving into the subject of its significance. Consider the case of Kim, a peasant in the 11th-century Indian hamlet of Rampur. He has a few dozen sheep and cows, as well as a two-acre plot of land. Land and animals were the most valued types of property at the period. To make ends meet, he works in dairy farming and agricultural cultivation. Joon , another farmer who cultivates fruits and has 20 kg of apple with him, approaches him one day. He expresses a desire to purchase two cows from Kim.  Kim  accepts, and the two of them are now involved in a deal. Kim  gives joon the cow...

Broken Dreams

Image
"Something better is waiting to take the place of your broken dreams"   The nights are restless, and the days are exhausting. Me or morning!? I'm not one of them. Like everyone else, I had some dreams, the difference is that they all got what they wanted, whilst I don't....not yet, but I will absolutely get it. Shattered dreams never appear out of nowhere in our lives; they always have a history. Deal with it and move on because shattered aspirations have not just a history but also a future, a bright future. Don't listen to naysayers; their negative world views and dismal demeanor might sap our motivation. Accept ourselves as we are and believe in authoring a magical future by listening to supportive friends and surrounding ourselves with positivity. Let's just gather all of our cracked dream parts and rebuild the CASTLE . - Swathi M

Behind Closed Doors

Image
Life is a jumble of unexpected events, poisonous people, happiness, grief, and a wide range of emotions. If you approach life with optimism, you will find satisfaction in even the most mundane chores. God has given us a wonderful gift in the form of life on this planet, allowing us to learn about ourselves, our environment, and how to deal with our emotions.      Let's begin with a touching story of a little girl growing up in an orthodox home. Anu, a 21-year-old woman, had recently graduated and wished to pursue her goal, which may give her life wings. She was raised in an orthodox home that followed patriarchal customs. Her parents have never stopped her from studying or pursuing her dreams. Anu was a sensitive and naive young woman who struggled to strike a balance between her career and her family's troubles.      Anu aspired to be a fighter pilot to demonstrate her devotion to her country. She began diligently studying for ...

Gates

Image
Often, in life, it feels as if we've hit a dead end, as if there's nothing beyond the chaotic present and no glimmer of joy on the other side. When the gates of criticism, rejection, and discontent slam in our faces, these terrifying thoughts haunt us. But, as I learned through a series of small life situations, life does not take something away without offering us something greater in exchange. For as long as I can remember, I had been building on a dream. It was not a common professional path, and I was satisfied with myself for being different, and I was prepared to devote myself to it, no matter how long it took. But, over the last two years, my thoughts on the matter have dwindled, and I've begun to wonder if it's something I really want, and the answer, harsh as it was, was simply no. It wasn't easy to let go of that objective, since it contained a piece of myself, a Horcrux, that I was so proud of, the fearless, passionate, and unapologetic part of me that di...

I Preach. I Follow?

Image
"Mom, pitchforks and hammer handles are falling from the sky!" In such a storm, I'd be washed away." "Put on your raincoat and go to the grocery to grab some fresh vegetables." In an authoritarian system, I felt like the helpless media. I scuffled into the entryway, wearing my transparent raincoat over my striped pajamas. After such a long time, it felt good to get out. The dusty trucks appeared to have received a thorough makeover and were now gleaming in the night's darkness. The pelting raindrops negotiated for the streets' vacancy, even though they were empty. I've loved the monsoon season since I was a kid, and rainy days used to make me feel like I was on cloud nine. As I approached adolescence, though, electronic games kept me away from magical showers. As I approached the grocery shop, I thought to myself, "Today, I get to experience the good old days." The shop featured a wide variety of products for sale, but my gaze was dr...

SARANGHAE BANGTAN SONYEONDAN

Image
I was just myself until I met you, and then I began to love you above all. Nobody could blame them for finding love with you. I'm not very attractive, and I'm not particularly white. I don't have much to contribute, but I'll never forget how much I care about you. People may think I'm crazy for adoring somebody who doesn't know I exist,  But in the honor of ARMY, I hope my love finds its way to you. Thanks for coming into my life, you have been the reason I began to love myself. I pledge to stick with you to the end. I haven't met you in person, but I am familiar with you. I haven't spoken to you, but I am aware of your presence. I've never physically touched you, but I sense you via your voice and accent. I haven't seen you in a long time, yet I miss you. Being linked to you folks improve my quality of life. I can't stop grinning just staring at your images. I get shivers just listening to your music. Although...

WHEELS – LIFE’S LULLABY

Image
The world was first exposed to him through the wheels of a stroller. His first experience of independence came from riding a bicycle. Bicycle wheels got him further; vehicle wheels got him even further. He was able to go to far-flung locations thanks to the wheels of an airplane. He and his wife were chauffeured into their first day together in a limo. He used station wagon wheels to transport his children His mobility was aided by the use of walker wheels. He was taken to the hospital by ambulance wheels. He was transported by hearse wheels to the location where his remains will be laid to rest. - Swathi M

Self is Best

Image
“You are enough. A thousand times enough”  Do you ever ponder how your existence might be different if you are indeed someone else? Do you believe that if you are indeed someone else for a day, your existence would be transformed and all your problems would vanish? This individual might be a well-known writer or a star for some. It might be a researcher or more well-figure for others. Maybe you envision yourself as Cinderella, Snow White, or Humpty-Dumpty, a fictitious figure out of a narrative. In other words, the individual you desire to be might be anybody or anything. So long as it brings you glad and appears to be enjoyable. However, it's possible that there was already another character inside you, unseen but constantly visible. Another whole modified form of yourself, as distinct a...

Looking Ahead

Image
Looking Ahead is what keeps us going forward in life. When we fail to plan, everyone says the same thing: "Look ahead, there are lots of things." Thinking forwards is a means for me to pursue my goals. When I look ahead, I see myself as a decent human being who tells life tales, motivates people, and lives a joyful existence. This is what motivates me to keep going with whatever I encounter. At night, I can't stop thinking about and picturing myself in a position where everyone is looking at me and admiring what I'm doing. I may not be particularly good at many things, but my desire to succeed draws out all of my negative thoughts and transforms me into a carefree bird attempting to soar extremely far in the sky or at the very least wishing to touch the sky. Do not even make a huge thing out of it. To his spouse, Hassan's father stated...Hassan was indeed an 18-year-old student in class 10 at the time. Despite his inability to comprehend mathematics, he was fo...
